Nope, but I've had to deal with them before. It was a nightmare hunting around for an iPod back in '03, and boy did they did make it worse..

I bought my Rio Nitrus from them. Surprisingly, when I took it back there was no problem at all, I gave back the crappy DAP and they gave me my money.

Yes, but have you tried talking with one of them on the phone to ask if there are iPods in stock? The horror!!
