I just recently got an old 500 Mhz PC that I decided to make into a LAN and FTP file server that I will sync my school work to. On the PC I do all my work on I save all my work in one specific folder. Is there a way I can sync that folder with the folder on the server computer and only update the file on the server with the one on the work PC through the network/internet? Is there a simple program I can do this with? Both are running windows XP and the server has a network folder I can see in the work pc. I know I could save straight to the server but its kinda slow being old and the signal to it is to prone to crash.
