Creative ideas wanted

I have the Sport Grip from Mareware, and really like it. I use it at the gym, and am looking for a more comfortable way to clip it to my pants; metal clips dig into the abs during a workout.
Any ideas?

I use the SuperClip from XtremeMac and just clip it to my waistband by my hip and I don't even know it's there. It has never gotten in the way yet. It's a little pricey, but aren't all iPod accessories.
