Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. Hey guys, I decided to order an iPod Photo 30 GB from their online store with the student discount and it looks like I'll have enough for Apple Care but I have a few questions first off.

1. Replacing my iPod for what exactly?
What exactly will Apple replace my iPod for? I heard 50% loss of battery but that sounds sorta unreasonable to have to have it diminish that much. Are they so strict on returns that they will check your iPod for that much life or will they just say to heck with it and ship youa new one.

I'm not in on hassles.

2. Limits on returns
Is there a limit to how many new iPods you can get in the 2 year period? I might like to havea fresh iPod shipped to me right before it's over or soemthing you know.

3. Can Mine be engraved?
If I get my iPod engraved for identification purposes will that make it ineligible for replacement should I need it? Will they ship me backa non-engraved iPod or what?

4. Repair? Really or is it just replace?
Which will they do most of the time? Will they repair your ipod or just send you a new one? I like the idea of getting a new iPod after it is broken instead of getting my old one back.
