I have Anapod full version 8.7.3 and a 20 gig ipod...I am having problems copying my music from my ipod to my computer. I use Windows XP. I highlight the songs I want to transfer, right-click, then choose "copy to computer". I choose a folder to transfer the songs to, and I get the dialog box that says "transferring to computer". The process seems to go fine, fairly quickly, and when it gets to 100% the dialog box closes on its own. When I go to find the files in the folder on my hard drive, it's empty...and my free space on my hard drive has not decreased...basicly, it's as if nothing happened. I do not get any error messages, and I have tried this many times...when I try to drag-and-drop the files, I get the error message "cannot move file: cannot read from the source file or disk".
What's going on here? Am I doing something wrong? Is there some setting I need to adjust? Has anyone else had this problem?
