Contour Showcase, broken clip... cheap design?
I had my contour showcase for one week, exactly, and today, I put my ipod in my pocket, it was fine, i take it out, and i thought that it unclipped, but then after looking at it, the whole clip broke off at the hinges. I like everything on the showcase, except for the clasp.
Is there any way to return it and get a new one? It was a great case, but the acryllic clip is a bad part in its design..
Who would I return it to? I purchased it from MacMall.

i would definately just email them, ive heard great things about their customer support. i've had mine for quite a while and the clip is working good as ever.

The belt clip on my Showcase is pretty rugged - the case has been caught more than once and given a hard tug and the clip has held up.
How did it break in your pocket?
