The other day I saw some dude on the street with his shiny new iPod hanging off his waist. He was strutting along with that dumb "hey look at me" face (which I interpreted as a "hey rob me" face).

Anyway I'm pretty sure there are practical reasons for this, but does anyone else think that having it on display like that looks stupid?

Ps. If not, then picture it cleverly placed on your waist-line between a mobile phone and PDA.
