Shuffle Broke :(

I use the speck productions skintight case. It usually works pretty well and looks awsome. Earlier when i went to pull it off (Cant charge with it on usually) It pulled out the insides with it. I almost cried. I carefully stuck them back but they were ripped and wouldnt work. Im about to take it back to the store but just wanted to let everybody know what happend. I never had this problem before with the speck productions skintight case. Happy listening :)

wow, I had a problem with my shuffle that the whole USB plug came out and the ribbon that was in the inside ripped. It turns out that there was very little glue holding the USB plug together with the rest of the shuffle. What did apple say? I've still got to call about mine.celebi23 at 2007-11-15 12:55:15 >

It was after 30 days with circuit city so they wouldnt get me another one, but I did the tech support with apple.com/support, and i got another one by mail within maybe 2 days. My new one actually has a feature my old one did not, whenever the head phones are pulled out it auto pauses it :) :) :). Im very happy with the customer support with apple.com, i suggest you do that.Claybo66 at 2007-11-15 12:58:15 >

the power support case is pretty awesome.you don't have to take it off to charge the shuffle
and the headphone unplug - pause thing is an update in the 1.1 shuffle updater.
