Ipod wont load more than 40 songs
My ipod (3g 15GB) won't load more than 40 songs and then freezes itune. :(
I have to reset it each time.
I performed disk checks and everything is fine.
I reset it multiple times, restored the ipod to its factory setting but each time the same result. :rolleyes:
Is my hard drive gone bad :eek: ?
Where can I get a replacement hard drive (not to expensive)?

I reinstalled itune, and the ipod updater, tried it on 2 computers (PC)...
Not sure what else to do...
I would buy another hard drive but I'm not even sure that it is bad as everytime i do a disk check it says it's fine.

Just performed a HDD scan from the ipod diagnostic mode
and it said 0X00000070 READ FAIL
I guess I have a bad sector.
Is there a way to recover it?
Any idea on where to get a new Hard Drive?
