when i plug in my ipod into the usb port it doesnt show a message saying found new hardware. it worked at school but not at home. i know my usb ports arnt messed up because i am using a usb mouse. when i plug the ipod in it shows the apple sign followed by a low battery signal then shuts off. i am really ####ed and frustrated. please help. o yeah its a third gen ipod. maybe thats why. im not sure
