mixing music in iPod
hallo. Do you know any ways to mix the music on the iPod?
I'd like to play the music from iPod with the same fade effect that we have on itunes, or better have a software that QUICKLY allows me to cut the songs, something better that traktor (I prefer peak or some audio editor to do it, is really faster).
I need to prepare some mixes to play later from iPod...
thanks,

Welcome and no the iPod does not have crosssfade, so you can't do that on the iPod. Prepare the mixes on the computer and transfer them to the iPod.
In iTunes you can edit songs time: right click on a songs>select get info>options to edit the song playing time. You will have to know exactly where to cut the music off. So listen to it in iTunes and you can FF through the song by clicking on the little diamond in the iTunes window.
& join tracks can be done by: inserting the CD>highlight the tracks you want>go to Advance>Join tracks. This will turn a CD or selected tracks into one mix.
