In-ear headphones problems
When i first recieved my ipod mini i had normal ear phones, but after awhile they became crackly - so i exchanged for a new pair, when i recieved them they were the in ear headphones. Now i dont really have a problem with them besides the obvious issues, but now it seems the RIGHT ear piece isnt as loud any more. When i used to play the music at full volume i could not bare it, now it is easily bearable.
I was wondering am i able to exchange them again, with an original pair, seeing as these seem broke, and aren't what i purchased.
Also, i have searched the Apple site for an email i can send this problem to, but to no avail, so any support would be appreciated.
Thanks guys.

# 1 Re: In-ear headphones problems
I got onto Apple, and they seem to think i have not returned my headphones. They think i am returning in ear bud headphones, which isn't the case, i am returning the originals i got with the ipod, i recieved the in ear ones as replacements, which seem to be defective now, and irritate my ears. The service request is not closed, therefore i cannot get new ones out.
