buying a replacement hard drive

Hey,

The hard drive on my 3G 20GB Ipod died a while ago, and I just needed a bit of advice. My warranty expired shortly before that, so I'm gonna save money by replacing the drive myself (using the following procedure: http://www.computerbuyer.co.uk/buyer/macuser-features/67347/replacing-your-ipods-hard-disk.html).

Can anyone recommend a 15-20GB drive that'd be a good value and fit in my Ipod case (I'd be hooking up to Windows XP via USB if that matters)? Alternatively, if anyone knows where to find a compatability table, that'd help too. Mainly, I'm a bit nervous that I'll buy a drive and find out it's unusable.

Thanks,

Just look on eBay, they have tons of 3G hard drives, all sizes.

As far as I know, 3G, 4G, and photo use the same hard drive, 1G and 2G use the same hard drive, and mini uses a CompactFlash hard drive.
