Since April I've been experiencing a problem where iTunes claims that I've used space that I really haven't. For instance, at one point I had 2 gb of music on my ipod but itunes prevented me from uploading more because it read that I had used up all 4 gb. Here's where I slip up: I wiped all my music off my ipod to see if it will reset to 0 space used, so that I can work up from there. Itunes then told me that I had used up the entire 4 gb of space (3.77 or something like that actually) when in fact I had nothing on my ipod.

This is particularly upsetting since I'm going on a big roadtrip soon with my parents and I'm going to be bored like mad if I don't get some music on my iPod before then. :D

Also I have tried reinstalling itunes. It makes no difference. Thanks guys.
