Edit: I fixed it. For all those out there that wanna know how I did it, I just reset it. Look on Apples website for instructions on resetting.

I brought a new second gen iPod yesterday. I played it for almost 30 hours, and it went flat, and turned off.

I got my usb cable, and plugged it into my computer. The large battery icon that comes up on an iPod came up, but didn't move - it was just a fixed picture.

I removed the cord from the computer, and plugged it back in - same thing happened.

I then got my usb power adapter, and plugged it in. Nothing came up on the screen. I then tried plugging it back in my comptuer, and still nothing came up on the screen.

I put it in the adapter again, and still nothing came up. I left it for a while and still nothing has come up.

I know that it all worked.. because I fully charged it after I got it yesterday. Is this usual with the second gen's?

Any help? I'm going on holiday in just over 24 hours so I need to if i should take it back tomorrow.
