Cable for Neo Ion style Interface

I need a replacement cable for the Neo Ion or equivalent car interface. Does anyone know where you can buy extras or have an extra to sell? I bought the unit off someone but the cable was damaged.

Well it is one of the key pieces to their adapter what did you expect? I doubt you can rig something up yourself - its fiber optic LOL. :p
