After spending a few minutes looking through some of the reviews on this site I was thinking...

It would be very helpful to put the review score on the main list of reviews. This way people can tell what you are giving the product before having to select each one and open the page. I know that if you are rating something C or below typically I wouldnt want it. So, I would go more towards the A rated products. This would be very helpful to readers!
