Sony EX-71SL white warranty...
My second Sony EX-71SL earphone just broke in the same way as it did for the first one-- right ear bud doesn't work due to some contact issue.
Now, I'm not going to get my third and paid yet another money to Sony. But instead, I'd like to get this thing serviced since it is still within 90days warranty period.
Does anyone know how I am suppose to take the precedure in order repair it?

Check the Sony website for the warranty information.
I had a similar issue regarding the white ex71s. I just sent them back with the receipt and asked for a new pair. When I bought them, they were in high demand and apparantly Sony was out of stock. They ended up refunding my money and I had to search elsewhere for a pair.

this happened to mine. i actually just got back from picking them up. i bought mine at radioshack and had to have them replaced. mine where still under the 90 day warranty though. calling sony is probably your best bet.
