Error -36 on G5 Factory Config

Let me first say, that I have had absolutely no problems with my machine, I didn't run into the -36 error until i bought the ipod photo 6 days ago. Before my purchase, I transferred photos from my camera via USB to my g5 no problem. I normally used the front port. I just recently upgraded to Tiger. I had the newest version of iTunes installed before I connected the iPod.

Upon opening the ipod, I connected it to the front usb port, and it said that there was new software for it, so I installed it, and immediately afterward, it began automatically syncing my music to the ipod, of which around the third song, I started getting the -36 error, and it would do it at random, periodically between different songs, as i would keep updating.

It was very tedious, I googled the problem came here to this forum where someone suggested to move the plug to the back of the machine. I did that, and it was pretty solid, no problems what so ever. But after a couple of days, I started getting the -36 error again, so I turned the auto syncing off, and reset everything. It was all good, until I turned auto synching back on. And now it keeps running into problems.

I am beginning to think that the problem stems from the new ipod software.

Also, I was downloading podcasts, and getting an error -36 when I would try and sync them today. I turned auto synching on again like an idiot, thinking it would make it easier, but were back at this error again.

One thing I did notice, is that I repaired one of the mp3's thinking it was a problem with the mp3 and the ipod, and one of them finally worked! However, the next one kept giving me this error -36...

I am going to try older software I think...

I would like to stress that I am on a factory built MAC and getting this error, I don't think its unique hardware configs, I think there is a problem with the ipod software communicating with the machine.

I've tried to find more resources, but am having difficulties.
