They sell for $13USD w/ shipping probably $18USD used and new for $21.50 and shipping maybe $26.50 BRAND NEW GUARANTEED. Also you know your seller sends the item if not its under eBays policy.

heck, why dont you test it before you buy it. buy it from radioshack and if your happy with it, return it buy it online for half its price.
