i can feel current when i touch the aluminium case while it charges. is this normal? (feels like its it's vibrating or something.) Is this normal?

If this IS the case, surely it's leaking power all the time. As it stands i only ge about 4/5 hours battery life, and i mostly just leave it on shuffle, no backlight, no eq. Is this normal?
