Preventing Scratching
So, according to UPS, I should be getting my first ever iPod tomorrow (4g 20gigs). The case I've ordered has been delayed, so I'll be without case for at least a few days. Is there a way to go about things (basically charging, loading all the songs on, etc.) until I get the case so I don't scratch the iPod up? (Putting it on something? I don't know, I need suggestions!)
And I know that it will enevitably get scratches, I'm just looking for a way to put that off for as long as possible.
Thanks for your time. :)

Um lol its REALLY difficult not to get scratches on it.. i would suggest placing it on something soft when your synching charging etc. But for actual taking it around places...=\ dont put it in your pocket :D.

well i forgot what they call it, its like this special plastic wrapping for food, its clear, i am thinking serin wrapping, might have spelled it wrong. Anyways thats what i used for about a week before i got my case, it helped because you can cover the whole ipod and still see and use everything, and it prevents scratches, although it does look pretty getto, i used it.
