I don't think the speaker can go any louder, but you can make it click in your headphones too, so that should be loud enough. As for your songs, try new headphones, or check out the Downloads section and there's a program where you can make your songs louder.

Perhaps yelling at people isn't the way to get your questions answered.
No, you can't make the speaker any louder.
And your comment about your songs "not being as loud as they used to be" makes no sense. Songs don't get "quieter" as the age.

I am sure this question was answered when you first posted. No, the speaker the makes the click noise cannot be raised or decreased in volume, it is constant.
As for your mp3's I have never heard of volume decreasing over time. Maybe it is your iPod, maybe not. Try ripping a track off of a CD at different bitrates then copy them to your iPod. There should not be a volume difference between the different bitrates, remember that a volume increase does not mean a quality increase. You might want to try new headphones or try one of your friends iPods loaded with one of the songs whose volume has "decreased."
Just remember to calm down, people will be more likely to help you if you don't shout through your text.

Sorry, maybe nobody answered it because the volume can't be changed.
