I have a 20GB Ipod with the scroll wheel that I just got as a gift the other day. The music in my library is all set at the right volume and when I play the music with the earbuds that came with it the volume sounds fine as well. However, when I try to plug the ipod into my stereo using a standard cable the volume is horrible even at max volume on the ipod, forcing me to put my stereo on max volume just to barely hear the song. I've put the volume to max in itunes for all the songs in the library, I have Sound Check Off, and I tried using EUpod even though this is a U.S. Ipod. Is this a problem with the Ipod or the stereo and how can I fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
