Changing Graphics, please HELP!

Ok. Since you already have 3.0.1, it makes it a little easier.

1. Download iPod updater if you don't already have it.
2. Open iPod Wizard.
3. Click "open updater" and navigate to where you saved the iPod updater.
4. Click the drop down menu next to it, to select the firmware.
5. Select 4.3.0.2.
6. At the bottom of iPod Wizard, click until you reach image 67, using the arrows.
7. Click to save it.
8. Go to any image editing program (Photoshop, Photosuite, or even Paint if you have to)
9. Open the picture you saved.
10. Edit it to whatever you like, but keep it the same size.
11. Go back to the iPod Wizard, and click load image.
12. Load the same one you just edited.
13. Click write, and it will change the firmware.
14. Open iPod updater. It should tell you that you need an update, since you have 3.0.1.
15. Click update NOT RESTORE and then just follow the instructions that it gives you.
16. When the iPod is done resetting itself after you plug it in, connect it to the computer to ensure your image is changed.

Did you click on the iPod Setup thing that appeared on your desktop? At least it did on mine. That's what installs the updater.

thanks for your help, but i have another question? Now when I want to change the graphics I have to fake the iPod into thinking its version 4.3.0.1. I know how to do this but I was woundering about ejecting the iPod afterwards. I change it last night and when I press the eject button it has unable to eject at this time try again later. I just went back in and fixed the numbers and it solved the problem. So my question is,
After changing the version to 4.3.0.1, should the iPod eject as normal, or am i just supposed to unplug it?

Make sure that SysInfo, ipod wizard, and iPod updater are all closed before you try and eject. I got that message one time, because I had SysInfo open.
