Change "Do not disconnect" graphic in iPod photo?

If this has already been posted, sorry... I'm feeling lazy..

Just upgraded to an iPod photo tonight.. and I remember seeing on G4TechTV that you could modify the "Do not disconnect" graphic... anybody know how I do that? Can other graphics be altered as well?

I thought I remembered it being something simpler, but I just loaded my music on there.. so I guess I won't be doing any of that for a while.. hehe..

You don't need to restore your iPod to do this.
