flame, flame, flame......damn this has been answered a billion times, so make it one billion and one. to get music from your friends itunes onto your ipod set their itunes to manual sync and then move the music over manually. if it is automatic sync their itunes library will over write what is on your ipod now. also set your itunes to manual sync cause if you don't when u come home and plug your ipod in and open itunes it will erase what you got from them. next you gonna wanna know how to get the music from your ipod onto your hard drive, look in the dowload section for ipod>pc or ipod>mac software. be more specific on what kind of computer you have next time.toothpaste at 2007-11-15 14:57:20 >

thanx for not flaming me to bad im sorry im windows xp and yes that was my next was going o be my next question. I did expeience this when i got my buddys music , i lost all mine. For next time how do i prevent losing all my music i got from his computer , restoring all mine and importing other friends music . Are you using itunes? you wont be able to put them together its apples startegy to thwart mass piracy <laughs> To move it really simpleHeres The links

With this just pick the songs by any category liek artist and album and right click and send it to your harddrive make sure you fixed the options to send the music to the right place. Really easy to use
