replacing entire ipod casing

can it be done? i own a 3rd gen ipod, and the casing and screen has been scratched real bad and it looks bad now. so is it possible to replace the entire front and back covers, and what is the cost like?

I have a 30 gb 3rd gen iPod, and I've had it for about a year. Its been encased in the Marware sporetcase since day one. I took it out today to show to someone, and noticed that the front has a slight amount of give top to bottom. It is not loose at all, but it does move slightly. Is this something to be concerned about? Dude, its not worth it to replace it.I'll give you some advice. I'm pretty sure that there is some polish you can use for the plastic front that will take the scratches out. Then brush the aluminum back with a scotchbrite pad like a bunch of others have. You'll save a ton of money and it'll look better than new.
