Snowproof iPod

A friend of mine lost his iPod while snowboarding (he kept it in hig unzipped pocket). we found it because of the shiny back (yeaa). only the docking port was visible. took it out of the snow. still working. no problems at all. (4th gen one). next time we'll try it while fishing :D

im not talking about the guy. im talking about how the hell can an ipod survive -20 celcius in the snow while the heat that was generated in the fatass' pocket probably melted some snow. it's been a few weeks now, and it still works perfectly

iPods are durable =) Insanely great design plus durability is a killer (for Creative and co.)

yeah, try taking that thing with you while fishing... have that fatass drop it in the water, see if it still works afterwards.

i can totally picture the first scene in return of the king where the two hobbits are fishing... then one of you will find the ipod on the bottom of the river, pick it up and see it still working. you'll totally be saying "My Prrrreeeecious!"

My cousin drove his friend home one night, and the next day he couldn't find his mini, so they looked for weeks. He bought a replacement, and three weeks later they were shoveling (from the second huge storm that week) and found the pod, it still works fine.
