Where can I get a good hot roast beef sandwich in Chicago?

I moved to Chicago recently and every deli I go to has cold sandwiches. Where can I get a great hot sandwich like the ones I used to get in San Francisco? Preferably in the West or South Loop area? I heard about Fat Moe's Food Emporium, but they recently closed.

I'm thinking roast beef, grilled bun, some jalapenos, and a little bit of Italian dressing with some melted provalone over it.

Well, anyways, if you're smashed on a saturday night, go to the Wiener Circle. :D Best hot dogs. Don't swear though unless you want to be torn apart. :D Its always fun to see the other drunks though. :-p
