Somehow the belt clip on my Apple brand case has snapped (prob was my brother), so I am trying to send a service request for it via the apple website,

However, after logging in and telling them my iPod's serial number, the defective accessory dropdown menu does no have a case selection. But the dropdown menu above that which says "select an issue which describes the reason for service" has a "carrying case" selection.

Anyone know what to do?
