Reccomend me some punk-rock

Right now I am listening to the Bouncing Souls, Anti-Flag, Dropkick Murphys, Rancid, and a bit of Millencolin. I have heard some Bad Religion and liked them. What are some other bands with music like this?:confused:

dead kennedys, Ramones, the clash, Black Flag, Rollins Band, the Misfits!Offspring, Green Day, Sum 41 for newer(pseudo) punk

Yea I'll give some another vote for Misfits and Dead Kennedys.Wouldn't really consider Flogging Molly and Dropkick as the same genre as Misfits and DK but they're good too.

if you like the dropkick murphys, you may like the pogues, i dont know though. Good punk, lets see. Dead Kennedys, and The Clash, and The Ramones, Operation Ivy, Blackflag. most of the recomendations thus far have been great... I would avoid Blink 182 or anything nearly as 'emo' as Dashboard Confessional... But NOFX is great, Dead Kennedeys, Flogging Molly, etc. Some more obscure bands that you would probably like are Agent Orange and One Hit Wonder (probably have to go to Amazon for those).dlfitch at 2007-11-15 17:49:19 >

damn, I can't believe I forgot to mention Social D! I listen to them a lot... white light, white heat, white trash is a great album! I also love the Mike Ness(lead singer for Social Distortion) albums, but they are not punk.. punk singer, country songs :D
suicide machines is great as well...
I also dig suicidal tendancies... check out "FNG" it's like a greatest hits type album... very cool

The first thing I thought of after reading the subject was Dropkick Murphys. Great group, but you seem to have that covered.After that, I thought Bad Brains, just because they are a bit strange, and not many people seem to listen to them. I highly recommend Quickness by Bad Brains.

The Jam ?? You have to be careful there, I'm not sure the "Bitterest pill" or "English Rose" would count as Punk!For quality Punk check out the likes of The Vapours "Turning Japanese"; Jilted John "Jilted John"; The Rezillos "Top of the Pops";
and anything by:
The Clash; The Exploited; The Dead Kennedys; X-Ray Specs; The Buzzcocks; The Ramones; The Skids; Sham 69 oh the list goes on.
Though it does seem that Punk bands favour the word "The" in front of the band name.
