Questions about AllOfMP3.com...
Well, I was browsing AllOfMP3.com, and it sounded pretty good. Now, what does an average song on the site run about (size in megabytes)...3 or 4 mb? And, do you have to pay extra for the V.I.P. music download prices. And can you download files with the extension .mp3 ? the files you download aren't .zip are they? Thank You very much for taking the time to reply. (in advance)

the size of the song depends on the bitrate you select - you generally have options ranging from 128 on up (some go to full cd quality)
you pay by the megabyte, so cost depends upon bitrateAnd, do you have to pay extra for the V.I.P. music download prices.
the cds that can be downloaded in cd qulaity are slightly more (few cents maybe/meg)
And can you download files with the extension .mp3 ?
yep, or acc, or flac - a lot of options
the files you download aren't .zip are they?
no

Files marked "VIP" or "Online Encoding" are $0.01 per MB ($0.02 as of next month). These you can download in a variety of different lossy formats (MP3, AAC, Ogg, etc) at a variety of different bit rates. Files marked "Online Encoding Exclusive" are $0.02 per MB, and can be downloaded using a variety of lossless formats or as uncompressed wavs. Obviously these are much larger, and will cost you quite a bit more per song. I do most of my downloading there at 192Kbps AAC, which runs around $0.05 a song.
