I could just about snap here...itunes problem...
Alright, now i'm pretty sure NONE of you will have an answer for this one. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and formatted and updated my ipod 4 times now. I click iTunes's logo, i get the little hourglass thing and then nothing happens. It seems like the program will load, but nothing happens. When i tell my media files to open with itunes and then double click the media file, i get iNOTHING.
the internet hasnt had any answers, obviously something is wrong here!
PLEASE HELP
# 1 Re: I could just about snap here...itunes problem...
Just out of curiosity, have you gone to your ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS in your control panel and unistalled iTunes and tried a fresh install of the latest version from Apple's site: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
After you try and start iTunes check your Task Manager to see if it is running in your Processes.
I have read that some people have had the same problem and traced it to an audio CD in the drive when they try to start iTunes. Make sure there is no CD in your drive, restart your computer and give it a try.
Perhaps a little more info on what OS you are using and what version of iTunes etc. might help in solving the issue.

I had to uninstall and then reinstall itunes. I had the processes ipodservice.exe and ituneshelper.exe running so i closed those and it worked, thanks for the help!
