Short wire earphones with the iPod Shuffle...
Will they be long enough while the iPod Shuffle is hanging from your neck (lanyard)?
I really want to buy a nice pair of Sony MDR-EX71SL, however I wanna know if the short 0.4m wire is going to be long enough?
Can any test it out? I got a feeling its going to be slightly too short :(

there will be one more extension wire in package I think. (1 m) so you just hook it up with sony earbud. I also ordered it (white color). you can visit sonystyles.com to see detail.

The short cable on the 71's should be long enough for a shuffle on a lanyard. My cable hangs down to my belly button.

If the EX71 cable is too short, may be you can tie a knot at the top of the lanyard. That's what I intend to do when I receive my iPod shuffle.
