iPod Generation?

Hey guys,
I was wondering, how do you tell what generation your iPod is? :confused:

The 4G ipods look exactly like the 3G but instead of a hweel and then a row of buttons above it has a clcikwheel (touch sensitive wheel with clickable buttons on the four compass points.)

I said look at the sigs, there's PICTURES in the sigs, how much more descriptive can I be? :rolleyes:

Yer, but if he wants help trying to work out what generation iPod he has, why doesn't he just give us a brief desription of it and then we can tell him straight out what it is.

Yea, I was 99% positive that mine was a 4th Genaration, but I was COMPLETELY positive it was a 4th Generation when I saw Petary791's post and checked out the sigs :D.
