excluding albums, genres, etc...

Hi, I've just bought a 4th gen ipod and I've a question.
When I transfer my songs in itunes to ipod from my pc, is it possible to exclude all the genre and album details. I do not really want to clutter up my ipod display with all these unnecessary info.

Well, you could just not enter anything in the album name field in iTunes, before transferring it.

BTW, the genre isn't showed while the song is playing, and I don't see how the album name and artist clutters the screen, but it is your choice I guess
