Hello. Lounge newbie here. I have a 20G 2nd Gen Ipod that I love. Not sure if 2nd Gen is the appropriate term or not. I received it as a gift last April if that helps. Anyway....lately when the battery is not fully charged the IPOD is non responsive past the main menu. I will select Browse and nothing happens. Sometimes I can get it to respond by locking and un-locking it a few times.

Any ideas? I was thinking of re-formating the drive and reloading what I have on my laptop back in to see if this resolves the problem.

I can provide more information if anyone needs it when I get home tonight and get some info off of the IPOD or my Win2K laptop.
