I received my iPod for Christmas, it is used and did not come with an installation CD. I installed iTunes onto my laptop and hooked up the iPod and everything was great.

Then, I got my new desktop computer. I installed iTunes, and when I connect the iPod, I get "USB Device Not Recognized". I cannot use my iPod with iTunes or as a hard drive or anything.

Can anyone offer me some advice?
