Morning.

When i got my new iPod yesterday, I installed the iPod disc, and choose to format the iPod later as it wasn't charged yet. The install continued and iTunes etc all loaded across onto my PC, but at the end there was a window saying "error 2003".

I thought nothing of it at the time, but when i attached the iPod to the PC later i was told that the iPod would have to be formatted.....and then the screen just said "Initialising" for the next 30 minutes, while the iPod said do not disconnect (Which i had to eventually).

I tryed again to attach the iPod this morning and the PC doesn't seem to even realise that the iPod is attached now and there is no iPod logo or anything in iTunes.

Can anyone out ther help? Is error 2003 & the iPod not being formatted related?
