iPod Altoids battery pack

Are those as simple as they look?

Take two 9V batteries and two AA batteries (wired in series? or is it parallel?) and then just do some research and find out how to hook them up with the correct polarity to a Firewire cable.

Anything to it aside from that?

yea i would do it but i have no money but it looks pretty simple go to like radio shack and they will probly have all the parts
