when i tried to load the songs from ipod-->pc, it puts them in folders on my pc grouped by genre, the problem is that i have not grouped my playlist by genre, but by artist. also it randomly abbreviates parts of song titles and when i go into a genre folder then a specific band then for example one of their cds, some of the songs are there but the rest are either gone or in different parts of the computer and i swear that when i refreshed a page that was a folder with like 4 songs on it, the song titles changed and then there were 3 songs left...i think there is majorly something wrong so i deleted my library and i am going to try and load it again. so can anyone who knows this software help me? thanks a lot. :(
