i have had trouble connecting my ipod to my labtop for weeks now. when i tried to used ipod updater to format my ipod to my labtop it wouldnt work, but i downloaded anapod reinitializer and it formatted my ipod and itunes popped up and immediately uploaded my songs to my ipod. i dont know if this will work for anyone else but it did for me... thank god
i got it right off of this website under downloads so hopefully it will work for others
