Have ipod 3generation, windows xp and using ephpod. Running fine for a long time. Now after connecting to computer, the do not disconnect window is never going away, the computer doesn't recognize that the ipod is connected, and cannot restart ipod. Any combo of buttons does nothing to the ipod. Tried to restart ipod, no response. Tried to plug it into electricity only, no response. Any ideas? Thanks, Frank
