transferring from ipod to itunes

i uploaded a few of my friend's mp3s onto my ipod, but cannot seem to now transfer these onto my itunes on my pc. does anyone know how i would be able to do this?

welcome to the lounge.1. apple disabled ipod>pc syncs because it would allow you to steal music and apple would get sued by the music companies for allowing this feature.
2. ipod agent is what you want, ipod>pc

Connect your iPod in, when it asks you to update the songs from your computer to your iPod say no. Right click on your iPod from the left side column after it detects it, then go to options or something like that, and click the little circle that says YOu want to update and organize your iPod.
