I recently bought a 20gb iPod not realising I needed 3rd party software to work it under windows ME. I have tried to use the likes of EphPod and xPlay but my pc just doesn't ackowledge that I have the iPod plugged in, which is strange as I use a firewire to usb connector to attach it and eveything else I use with that usb port works fine. In my system properties list there is a "!" mark next to "iPod usb" and it says it's drivers are not installed.

Any suggestions?
