HP IPOD Charge problem after 3.02 update
New to the forum and need some help.
I have a 20GB HP iPod and I updated the software to 3.02 downloaded from Apple's site. Now when I connect the iPod it charges for about 30 seconds (charging icon comes on the ipod) then it just stops (charging icon doesn't show up and goes straight to the menu). Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm having this problem also. I've read a few threads that say that the problem started with the iTunes 4.7 upgrade. I'm still on 4.6 though. I don't understand why all of a sudden, my iPod won't charge connected through firewire. It will update just fine, so I know the cable works, It will charge in my Sounddock and my inMotions, just not through the computer anymore. It just stopped two days ago.
It's driving me crazy.
Any ideas?
3rd gen 20gig.
Windows XP pro.
