Has anyone ever shopped at buy.com?

I can get a 4g 20gig with dock for 310.00 from them, but I have never shopped with them before. Has anyone else have or know if they are good or bad? Thanks!

I have never had a problem with buy.comtrue sory -> I used to work near one of their distribution centers and if we placed an order in the morning, it would arrive by 5:00pm the SAME DAY

Well, how about another story? ;)I've purchased from buy.com twice. They've screwed up the order...twice!
The first time I ordered an iRiver MP3-CD player. They charged me for one, but sent me two. That sort of error I can live with!
The second time I ordered a set of PC speakers. They said it was on backorder, which was true for the first couple of weeks. I e-mailed them a couple of days after they were showing it in-stock. They never replied to the e-mail, but later that day I got an e-mail saying it was being shipped. That was fortunate, because I was using a rebate that was getting close to expiration by that time.
Neither was a real drastic problem, of course, but I'm a little leery of them now.

I have ordered from buy.com once and had no problems. Give them a try. Since it is your first order, make sure you use a coupon code to get more money off your order.
