Can I Record via Line-In on my iPod?

Hi Guys,
I want to record msyelf DJ'ing and want to output audio from my mixer to my iPod and record it as an MP3.
Is this possible? If so, what do I need to do this?

iPod's by themselves have no audio line-in and no ability to record... but you can use iTalk (link below)... but the quality won't even be remotely good.
