so im having a problem where when i plug my pod into my pc it frezes and reseting my ipod does nothing. it just keeps freezing when i connect it. any way i was wondering if reinstaling itunes or the ipod software could fix this. and if i do reinstal my ipod would i lose all the songs on it? and if i reinstal itunes would i loose all my playlists? thanks.
